When your M-Pesa payment confirms, our system detects it and takes the phone number from the transaction. There's no separate registration step — paying is the sign-up. The number that paid is the number that gets the SMS.

Delivery is triggered by payment — there's no scheduled send time. Whenever you pay, the SMS goes out within about 5 seconds. That means you can pay on a Friday afternoon for the weekend round, or on a Tuesday for the midweek jackpots, and the message arrives immediately either way.
The system uses standard bulk SMS delivery via Safaricom's network. Delivery success depends on your phone being on and having network coverage. If your phone is off or out of coverage when we send, the SMS is queued and delivered when it comes back online — you don't lose the picks.
If your picks don't arrive within a minute of payment, work through these in order.
Confirm the payment actually went through and that the amount was KSh 99. If the payment failed, no SMS will be triggered — try again.
The SMS is delivered by Safaricom's network to the number that paid. If your phone was off when we sent, the message will arrive when you turn it back on.
If your inbox is full, new SMS won't be received until you clear space. Delete some old messages and check again.
Send us the M-Pesa transaction code from your payment confirmation message on WhatsApp at +254 718 981 122. We'll verify the payment and either resend the SMS or investigate directly.
