These terms govern your use of the FlexiTips Kenya weekly jackpot prediction service. By paying KSh 99 for the weekly package, you agree to them.
FlexiTips Kenya provides weekly jackpot predictions for Kenyan sports betting jackpots including SportPesa Mega Jackpot, SportPesa Midweek Jackpot and Betika Midweek Jackpot. The service is delivered via SMS to the phone number used for payment, upon successful payment of KSh 99 via M-Pesa.
The service includes:
2.1. The weekly package costs KSh 99 per round.
2.2. Payment is initiated via M-Pesa STK Push from this site, or manually via Paybill 553 491 with the account Jackpot.
2.3. Each KSh 99 payment covers the current round's analysis. Delivery is triggered by the payment — the picks arrive within about 5 seconds of the payment clearing.
2.4. There is no recurring subscription and no auto-renewal. You pay again only when you want the next round's picks.
2.5. All payments are processed through Safaricom's M-Pesa system.
3.1. Predictions are delivered by SMS to the phone number used to pay. There is no separate registration step — the number that pays is the number that receives.
3.2. Delivery occurs automatically after successful payment confirmation, typically within about 5 seconds.
3.3. SMS delivery depends on Safaricom's network. If your phone is off or out of coverage when we send, the SMS is queued and delivered when you come back online.
3.4. If you don't receive the SMS within a few minutes of payment, contact us on WhatsApp at +254 718 981 122 with your M-Pesa transaction code.
4.1. Because predictions are delivered immediately by SMS once payment clears, we do not offer refunds after delivery.
4.2. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact support within 24 hours of payment with your M-Pesa transaction code.
4.3. We investigate and resolve delivery issues on a case-by-case basis.
5.1. You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring the phone number you enter in the payment form is correct — we deliver to that number only.
